All unworn and unaltered merchandise with tags attached will gladly be accepted for store credit within 10 days from the date of purchase. Shoes must be returned in their original box without damage to the box. Items returned with makeup, deodorant or other stains will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you therefore incurring additional shipping costs.
To submit a return request, sign into our website, and choose Account at the top right hand corner of the page. From there you will be able to access your orders and submit a return request. Fill out the return request form and click Submit Return Request. Once we receive and and approve your request, you will be emailed a RMA (return merchandise authourization). Please include this in your return package.
Items that can not be returned include: SALE ITEMS, jewelry, camisoles, bandeaus, leggings, NuBras and gift cards.
The buyer is responsible for the shipping and handling fees of the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We suggest sending items back via UPS or Fed Ex along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Once your return is received, you will then be emailed a gift card for the cost of the original item. This does not include shipping costs. This gift card can only be used online.
If you choose to return your online item to our store location, it must be done in 10 days from the date of your purchase and you must have your online receipt. A gift card will be issued at that time.
