HOW TO START A RETURN
Please email beboutiquelafemme@gmail.com for return approval before sending your item back.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In original condition

With tags attached

In original packaging

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Any and all items on sale

Accessories ( Bags, Jewelry, Belts, Sunglasses, etc.)

Undergarments
NO EXCEPTIONS.
RETURN TIMEFRAME
Approved returns must be received back to us within 14 days of purchase, including shipping time.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend emailing your tracking number to beboutiquelafemme@gmail.com so we know when to expect your return.
Please include your approved Return Invoice Form inside the package.
STORE CREDIT
Once your return is received, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
All approved returns will be issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY to the same platform where the purchase was made (in-store or online).
B.E. Boutique does not issue refunds to the original payment method.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
EXCHANGES
Need a different size or item? The fastest option is to return your item for store credit and place a new order once your credit is issued.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All orders are final once submitted. We do not allow cancellations.
If you no longer wish to receive your order, please contact us and we will issue store credit once the item is returned according to our return policy.
